To proceed with our installation service, please
send us the following info:
- FTP server
- IP or URI (ftp://.....)
- login + password
- forum directory name
- You must create the directory yourself and make it an Application first,
either through the host control panel or directly using the
IIS management console.
- Ask your host for help if you don't know how to make this happen
- SQL Server
- IP and port, if not 1433 (default)
- login + password
- database name (you must create this database yourself)
Please double check to make sure the info you send us is correct. We will not be
held responsible if you provide us wrong information.
If you are unable to provide the above information, and require
us to log into your host control panel / remote into your server,
you will need to purchase at least 2 units of the installation
service.
Once we receive the above two pieces of login info, we will contact
you within 24 hours to confirm with you the date and time for this service.
If we fail to complete the service and your server does meet our system requirements,
we will refund you the license fee of the software. This service charge is non-refundable.

FAQ
Question: Why did my Corporate
Visa card get rejected on your order form?
I am certain that we have enough
credit and I can use it elsewhere...
Answer: Recently
it has come to our attention that a few customers with Corporate Visa Card
were rejected when ordering online without being shown an understandable error message.
This problem doesn't happen to everyone who uses Corporate Visa Card.
The
reason you ran into this problem might be because your Corporate Visa Account was set up
to block certain shareware payment services, such as ShareIt or Digital
River, that are located outside North America (our payment
processor is located in Germany).
Unfortunately, you will have to use a different
card to purchase OR you can try ordering using offline methods I described above.
In addition, you can also phone your Visa company and ask them to remove the block
temporarily.
